If you don’t see your digital fairy letter, check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. The spam fairies sometimes hide them.
Worldwide mailing times vary between one and four weeks. If your letter doesn’t arrive, just let me know, and I’ll happily send another one at no extra cost.

How to Access Fairy.School
If you chose a Fairy Name when you signed up, use that name to log in.
If you didn't choose a Fairy Name, one was automatically assigned to your child. You can find it in your order receipt or by logging into your account on WinslowVail.com.
You can also click "I Forgot My Fairy Name" on the Fairy.School login page and your child's Fairy Name will be emailed to you.
Fairy.School is where your child can revisit past fairy letters and access their complete digital Fairy Mail collection anytime.
